The Redeeming Qualities of 2010-11 Limited Basketball

Legendary San Antonio Spurs point machine George Gervin was gifted with unmatched scoring skill and an equally impressive nickname, “The Iceman.” In recent days, the Iceman cometh to Panini America headquarters (or at least his 2010-11 Limited autographed cards did).

And he brought some of his friends with him.


Gervin is among a handful of hoops superstars — including Gail Goodrich, Artis Gilmore, Lenny Wilkens and Chris Bosh, to name five – whose on-card signatures for next week’s release of 2010-11 Limited Basketball arrived just a tad too late for inclusion during the packout process.  

The good news, of course, is that since the cards are already in-house, the redemptions will be fulfilled lickety split. So if you’re lucky enough to pull one of these gems starting next week, congratulations. Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect.
