2021 Topps Tier One Bundesliga Soccer cuts directly to the chase. Similar to baseball, it’s an all-hits release where every card is either an autograph or memorabilia card. Across a hobby box, that translates into a pair of signatures and one relic.
2021 Topps Tier One Bundesliga Checklist Overview
Autographs fall under a variety of themes. Based on preview images sent out by Topps, it looks as though on-card signatures may also be in the works.
Three insert themes make up the majority of the signed content. Break Out Autographs is centered on young and emerging stars while Prime Performers Autographs are all about veterans. Tier One Talent Autographs spotlight players and their special skills.
All of these also come with Black (/25), Red (/10) and Gold (1/1) parallels.
Tier One Autographs features Bundesliga superstars. The checklist here is small, with only a handful of players. These also have Black (/25), Red (/10) and Gold (1/1) versions.
Dual Autographs, which have 25 copies each, pair up ink from teammates.
Headlining the memorabilia cards, at least from a bulk perspective, are Tier One Relics. These cover a large number of players with base versions numbered to 115. Parallels include Dual Patch (/25) and Triple Patch (1/1). There are also Autograph Tier One Relics that have just ten copies each plus a one-of-one Triple Patch parallel.
Prodigious Patches (/30) arrive with jumbo swatches that take up a good portion of the card front. Platinum parallels are one-of-ones. There are also Autographed Prodigious Patches cards (/10) with their own Platinum (1/1) versions.
Tier One Balls and Tier One Autographed Footballs are all one-of-a-kind.
Also on the scarce side are Tier One Bundesliga Logo Patches (1/1).
