Good heroes need excellent bad guys. Over the course of more than two dozen films, 007 has faced his share of nasty folks, homicidal maniacs, soft-spoken gents with sharp accessories and people simply looking to take over the world. 2020 Upper Deck James Bond: Villains and Henchmen trading cards highlight the many battles the world’s most famous spy has fought over the years and all the involved parties.
Like Upper Deck’s first set of James Bond trading cards, there are a variety of cards on the checklist. Hobby boxes include one premium insert plus three total autographs, acetate or plexiglass cards.
2020 Upper Deck James Bond: Villains and Henchmen Overview
The checklist starts with a 100-card base set. Spanning from Dr. No through to Spectre, it covers a lot of ground — and a lot of antagonists.
Parallels come in a couple of levels including Obsidian and Acetate, which have three levels of rarity.
Select base cards also have numbered Premium Autograph versions.
Like 2019 Upper Deck James Bond Collection, Star Signatures come with on-card autographs instead of stickers. A list of signers is not yet known.
Regular insert themes include Allies and Colleagues, Master Plan, Potent Quotes, and The Upper Hand. These combine to fall approximately one per pack.
There are also Acetate Movie Posters and Crystal Clear Plexiglass inserts that have SP and SSP levels in addition to the commons.
