2016 Cryptozoic The Flash Season 1 trading cards come with a similar feel and configuration to the card maker’s other TV-based sets. Autographs and costume cards are both on display alongside a base set and other inserts that flesh out the first season of the comic-based show.
Boxes come with both one signed card and one memorabilia card.
Base Set
A total of 72 cards make up the 2016 Cryptozoic The Flash Season 1 base set. The images come straight from the episodes while the write-ups offer a recap of key events and developments. Those who watch the show know there are a lot of twists and turns along the way.
The base set comes with a couple of parallels, Foil and one-of-one Printing Plates.
Autographs and Memorabila Cards
Although Cryptozoic hasn’t divulged any of the set’s signers (they don’t do so until the actual cards are returned in-house), they are aiming at a mix of lead stars and guests.
Wardrobe cards have pieces from show-used costumes. They can be found with one and two swatches.
Prop cards are also randomly inserted in the product.
Inserts
2016 Cryptozoic The Flash Season 1 has three basic insert sets. Where the main set centers on events, these delve a little deeper into the people.
Basic inserts include Character Bios, Rogues and Quotes.
Other Items
Available separately is a custom binder that has an exclusive Wardrobe card that’s not inserted in packs.
There’s also a factory set that has the 72-card base set and the three basic insert sets.

Between all of its central characters and ever-changing (and expanding) gallery of villainous rogues, there’s no shortage of potential for the 2016 Cryptozoic The Flash Season 1 Autographs checklist.
But while it can be easy to come up with a dream lineup, things don’t always work out that way. Rather than speculate, Cryptozoic has started to unveil exactly who is signing for the release.
The list of 2016 The Flash Season 1 signers has a big mix of lead cast members, notable rogues and guest stars. Among them is Danielle Panabaker. She plays Caitlin Snow, a key member of the S.T.A.R. Labs team.
For fans of Prison Break, there’s a couple of key names from that show that have appeared in The Flash. First up is Wentworth Miller, who was Prison Break’s lead star Lincoln Burrows. He was one of the most memorable villains in the debut season of The Flash. So much so, he was brought back to reprise his role as Captain Cold in Season 2 as well as DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Another Prison Break alum in the product is Robert Knepper.
Autographs are slated to fall one per box. A firm release date has not yet been given.
While not complete, here’s a list of autographs you can expect when the set is released.
