Texas Rangers P Neftali Feliz is Topps’ 6th Red Hot Rookie

Topps announced its sixth Red Hot Rookie for 2009, and it’s Texas Rangers pitcher Neftali Feliz.

Feliz has struck out 13 in six-plus innings since being called up to the Rangers. He has a 0-0 record and a 1.35 ERA.

Topps will announce the remainder of the Red Hot Rookies throughout the rest of the season. The redemption cards can be found one per Topps Series 2 hobby box and can be redeemed at www.topps.com/redemption.
