2015 Topps Fire Football is big, bold and anything but traditional.
The sophomore release, which once again includes the digital art of Tyson Beck, has a base set that’s unlike many other in the collecting world. Hobby boxes come with a pair of autographs or autographed relics as well as nearly 40 additional inserts and parallels.
Base Set

The main portion of 2015 Topps Fire Football has 150 cards. The base set consists of 100 veterans and retired players. Rookie cards, which are inserted one per pack, make up the remaining 50 cards on the checklist.
Hobby packs have ten types of parallels. Silver are inserted one per pack. From there, new Flame parallels are 1:4 packs. On the serial-numbered side are Orange, Gold, Green, Blue (/99), Purple (/50), Magenta (/25) and hobby-only Inferno (1/1).
Each hobby case has a hot box that has an additional autograph as well as an exclusive Onyx parallel.
Autographs

Similar to 2014 Topps Fire Football, basic Fire Autographs here don’t break a lot of new ground. They use the same general design as the base set with the addition of a sticker for the signature. Parallels come in Blue (/75), Purple (/50), Magenta (/25) and Inferno (1/1). According to Topps, as many as 75 players are signing for the release.
Dual and Triple Autographs have multiple signatures.
Rookie Autographed Patches include the players from the 2015 NFLPA Rookie Premiere. Parallels are all exclusive to hobby packs. Basic are Blue (/75), Purple (/50), Magenta (/25). Three different Inferno parallels come with distinct swatches like the laundry tag Swoosh, NFLPA tag and NFL Shield tag.
Three other autographed relics are all one-of-ones and have a similar checklist: Autographed Swoosh Patch, Autographed NFL Shield Patch and Autographed Team Logo Patch.
Dual Autographed Relics (/10) have a mix of current players, rookies and retired stars. These have Patch versions (1/1) as well.
Inserts
Like Fire’s debut in 2014, the product has several basic inserts to compliment the main portion of the set.
Into the Wild (30 cards, 1:4) uses the animal from the featured player’s team name to dramatic effect. Forces of Nature (30 cards, 1:10) take a similar approach but with the outside world.
Fired Up cards are one per hobby box. The ten-card set focuses on emotion and passion.
Transcendent Touchdowns (25 cards, 1:5) showcase highlight-worthy scoring plays. These have Blue (/99), Purple (/50), Magenta (/25) and Inferno (1/1) parallels.
