Panini America officials recently sent out preliminary Product Information Solicitations for a handful of exciting new products coming soon enough to a hobby shop or online retailer near you and, over the course of the next few days, we’re sharing that same information with you here on The Knight’s Lance, continuing now with 2019 Playbook Football.


For each new product, we’ll showcase a must-see bevy of preliminary images as well as the PIS document. Enjoy the sneak peek and stay tuned for additional details.


Release Date: November 20, 2019

Product Configuration: Four cards per box, 16 boxes per case.

BREAK: Four autograph or memorabilia cards, including one booklet.

• Playbook Football makes a triumphant return to the 2019 hobby lineup.

• Three in every four boxes will deliver an on-card Rookie Playbook Jersey Autograph numbered to 249 or less.
• Find the following memorabilia booklets: Rookie Jumbo Memorabilia Booklet, Armory, Game of Inches, Red Zone Prime, Nexus Tri-Fold Jumbo Jerseys.

• Look for these autograph booklets: Rookies Playbook Jersey Autographs, Playbook Material Autographs, Front 4 Jersey Signatures Booklet, Vault Tri-Fold Jersey Autos, Rookie Signature Locker.

• Other autograph and memorabilia sets include Signature Materials, Xs and Os Signatures, Hail Mary Signatures, Triple Threats, Hot Routes, Mammoth Material and Fabled Fabric.

Boasting a robust roster featuring the game’s hottest rookies and biggest stars, 2019 Playbook Football is primed to move the product’s proud legacy forward when it arrives in hobby shops and on group-break sites across North America on Wednesday.



On average, each hobby box of 2019 Playbook Football (four cards per box, eight boxes per inner case, 16 boxes per master case) will deliver four autograph or memorabilia cards including one booklet. Look for on-card Rookie Playbook Jersey Auto Booklets as well as the new Rookie Signature Locker insert. Brand staples such as Armory and Game of Inches return for another season.
