Panini America officials recently sent out preliminary Product Information Solicitations for several exciting new products coming soon enough to a hobby shop or online retailer near you and, over the course of the next few days, we’re sharing that same information with you here on The Knight’s Lance, continuing with the late-February release of 2019 Encased Football.


In the product preview that follows, we’ll showcase a must-see bevy of preliminary images as well as the product’s PIS document. Enjoy the sneak peek and stay tuned for additional details.


Release Date: February 21, 2020

Product Configuration: Five cards per box, eight boxes per case.

BREAK: Two autographs, two memorabilia cards and one base or parallel card.

• Look for one BGS-graded on-card autograph per box from sets that include Reserve Signatures, Superscribe Signatures, Legendary Signatures, Rookie Endorsements, Rookie Dual Swatch Signatures, Scripted Signatures, HOF Material Signatures and many more.

• Hunt for rare inscribed autographed cards from the top rookies in the NFL with Rookie Notable Signatures, Scripted Signatures, Rookie Endorsements and Rookie Dual Swatch Signatures.

• New in 2019: Look for Century Collection Autographs featuring three pieces of memorabilia and on-card autographs.

• Loads of oversized memorabilia cards with Substantial Swatches, Substantial Rookie Swatches and Pro Bowl Jumbo Jerseys.

Panini America’s 2019 Encased Football arrives in hobby shops across North America on Wednesday equipped to impress with a robust roster of autograph and memorabilia cards featuring the top rookies from the 2019 NFL Draft Class as well as some bona fide collection-making ink from some of the game’s all-time greats. Once again this season, the product also delivers one BGS-graded hard-signed autograph or autograph memorabilia card per box.


In addition to the namesake BGS-encased card, each hobby box of 2019 Encased Football (five cards per box, eight boxes per case) also will deliver, on average, one additional autograph, two memorabilia cards and one base or parallel card.
