Panini America officials recently sent out preliminary Product Information Solicitations for several exciting new products coming soon enough to a hobby shop or online retailer near you and, over the course of the next few days, we’re sharing that same information with you here on The Knight’s Lance, this time featuring the spectacular 2019-20 Court Kings Basketball.


In the extensive product preview that follows, we’ll showcase a must-see bevy of preliminary images as well as the product’s PIS document for the hobby version. Enjoy the sneak peek and stay tuned for additional details.


Release Date: April 1, 2020

Product Configuration: 10 cards per box, 16 boxes per case.

BOX BREAK: Two autograph or memorabilia cards, one Rookies 2, 3 or 4, two inserts and one parallel per hobby box, on average.

• Collect all four versions of the Rookies, where each subsequent version is increasingly rare — including the super short-printed Rookies IV.

• Chase short-printed insert cards in Aurora, Le Cinque Pie Belle and more.

• Look for on-card autographs in Fresh Paint, Heir Apparent and Legacies Signatures. All on-card autographs are limited to 149 or fewer copies. Find the top rookies of the 2019 NBA Draft Class in Fresh Paint and Heir Apparent, and all-time NBA greats in Legacies Signatures. Look for Sapphire versions numbered to 25 or less and Masterpiece 1/1 versions.

• Collect the brand new insert First Steps insert featuring 10 different rookies and their rookie-year shoes.
