Mr. Roy G. Biv has a home in 2011-22 Upper Deck Allure Hockey. As one would expect, the chrome-based release has a traditional parallel rainbow for much of its checklist. However, in one part of the set, there’s also an actual ROYGBIV rainbow blend spanning several cards that travels from red all the way through to violet.
Hobby boxes have an eclectic mix of cards including one autograph, at least four inserts and an average of one parallel per pack.

Autographs and Additional Inserts
2021-22 Upper Deck Allure Hockey has a fairly extensive lineup of bold inserts.
The start with Quartz, which stand out thanks to their die-cut format. Veterans are 1:12 hobby packs while Quartz Rookies are 1:18. Not only do these have one-of-one Golden Treasures parallels, but select cards have Autographs (1:300 packs, Rookies – 1:600) and Blue Autographs (/10).

Rainbow inserts are home to the ROYGBIV influence. Each of these cards transitions between two colors. Collectors who land the five different cards of a player and put them together side-by-side will see the full rainbow spectrum. Red-Orange are the most common at 1:4 hobby packs. Others include Orange-Yellow (1:12 packs), Yellow-Green (1:20 packs), Green-Blue (/299), Blue-Purple (/199).

In addition to these are Double Rainbow (1:48) and Golden Treasures (1/1). There are also Full Rainbow Autographs (1:20) and Golden Treasures Autographs (1/1).
Goalies get the spotlight in Breadbaskets (1:9). These have Green Rainbow (/99) and Golden Treasures (1/1) parallels. Autographs are 1:1,000 packs.

The NHL’s youth is on display in Control Room (1:9). Golden Treasures (1/1) and Autographs (1:360) can be found here as well.
